Welcome to Old Dads Barn B and B set in the heart of the Ribble Valley. The barn has recently been converted into B & B accommodation so the rooms are all of an excellent standard. We are a small family run bed and breakfast with four lovely en-suite rooms, all very well equipped.
The property is set in 21 acres of grazing land and is approximatly 780ft above sea level offering probably some of the best views of the ribble valley and amazing sunsets.
We are located in the quiet village of Mellor which is within 5 minutes of both the M65 & M6 thereafter you are in easy reach of the Lake District, Blackpool, Lytham and St Annes.
There is ample off street parking and secure locked garage for cycles and motorbikes.
